A contract is only concluded when Opera Guide sends confirmation of booking to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Orders are therefore binding on customers from the time they are placed, even if contracts are concluded at a later date.
§3 Right of cancellation
Pursuant to Section 18 (10) of the Austrian Distance Selling and Foreign Transactions Act, customers do not have rights of cancellation as detailed in Section 11 (1) of the Act with regard to the following contracts: Services relating to accommodation for non-residential purposes, the transport of goods, the hiring of motor vehicles and the supplying of food and drink, and services relating to leisure activities, provided that the contract stipulates a specific time or period for the fulfilment of its requirements by the operator in question.
